Aims of the Journal

The Journal of Business Systems, Governance and Ethics is an on-line peer reviewed journal whose purpose is to facilitate the publication of research articles in the related fields of Business Systems, Corporate Governance and Ethical issues arising from these areas.

Volume 4, No. 3 of the Journal is now available.

This is the fourth issue in the fourth year of publication of the Journal of Business Systems, Governance and Ethics and the papers in this edition of the Journal were initially presented at a conference that introduced the results of research conducted in two projects by the Governance Research Program of the Victoria Law School, Victoria University, into regulation and the use of Information and communications technology (ICT) by small business.
